Hi, I’m Francisco! I am so excited you are reading this! It means that you really want to make a lasting change in your life!

Let’s Go! Let Go!

My Story

I am a 35 year old being that is here to assist with the Ascension process of the earth. I’d like to help people find themselves, with the neutral point prospective zero point consciousness.

When I had my spiritual awakening, Archangel Michael informed me that there is a mission that need to be done in this planet and I must engage in constructing a consciousness grid.

I founded, Be Kind – Be Loving – Be Spiritual under the order of star of the 144,000; Archangel Michael. My mission is to enlighten the world and be a peace bearer of the new age.

A lot of people are disconnected from who they really are and it is time for you to remember who you are. We are lost in the matrix trying to understand our being.

I am very happy to assist you.

May Truth Light & Love be with you.

My Values

The cool thing about what I do is I know I have the really hardcore people with me, People that Actually intent to make changed rather then talking about doing so or hoping things will happen for them and doing nothing else!

 ACCOUNTABILITY

Accountability is the acknowledgment and assumption of responsibility for actions, products, descisions and words. To be answerable for resulting consequences, I say waht I do and I do what I say.

 Integration

In short, integration is the embodiment of the wisdom, realizations and revelations that you’ve recieved during your spiritual practice. Sometimes the realizations and revelations may be so subtle that you make not know it tangibly bu you can feel that there has been a shift within you.

 Respect

Showing yourself respect does not make you narcissistic or conceited. In fact, it does quite the opposite.  We are more worthy or receiving love and in turn, giving love to others.

 Responsibility

Responsible behavior means always being true to what you believe is right. When you waver on your own values, you lose credibility with bother yourself and others. The more you stick to what you know id right, the easier it gets. You’ll find it easier to trust yourself to make the right decisions.

 mindfullness

Mindfulness has a few core values that can help us in our everyday life.

They are:

Self awareness – This is the ability to check in with yourself and ask:

  • How am I feeling?
  • What are my worries?
  • What is important to me right now?
  • What are my expectations?
  • What are my needs?

This can help us to assess where our focus is and draw our attention to where we want it to be.

Mental Filters – These are our destructive thought patterns that occupy our mind. Usually for me,  ‘I can’t do this’. When we are aware of these filters and how they impact on us we can then in turn choose to change them.

Our Attention – As we become more aware of ourselves and our destructive thought patterns we can address more of where our attention is. If it is always on these negative patterns we can start to direct them towards what is actually important to us and what we actually do want. We can ask ourselves, what it is that we want to give more of our attention to – ourselves, others, or the situation we are in?

Our Intentions – As we said above we need to look at our intentions and what matters most to us. Whether it be a conversation with someone, a meeting at work or a special day out, we can reflect on what we want the experience to be like. This can be especially useful in challenging situations, where if we intend for a positive outcome, we are more likely to achieve it!

All of this also helps us to not jump to conclusions, stops us focusing on the problem rather than the solution and missing the important things, because we are too busy to allow time and space for reflection.

With time and practice mindfully we can focus on the things that matter to us most, quieting the noise that can drown our mind and cause us to lose our intentions. We can stop the destructive patterns that so often occupy our mind and instead build appreciation and feelings of gratitude, as well as sometimes, in the process, make wonderful memories too.
