What is Energy Healing?
Energy Healing is a form of healing that manipulates, restores or balances the flow of energy in the body. What is a Chakra?
Chakras connect our spiritual and physical bodies. The flow of energy is regulated throughout the electrical network (meridians) that runs through the physical body. The body’s electrical system is similiar to the the wiring in a house.
The 7 chakras are the seats of energy in your body that start at the base of your spine and travel all the way up and out the top of your head. These 7 energy centers pulse and vibrate all the time, and can help you live a full and meaningful life.
